These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of TVC — The Vendors Connect ("TVC", "we", "us"). By using the site or any related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TVC.
- TVC connects clients with independent, professional vendors. Vendors operate their own businesses; we do not employ them or act as their agent.
- Some features may require a paid membership; fees are generally non‑refundable.
- You own your content but license us to host and display it so the service works.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep your credentials confidential and your information accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or TVC.
Prohibited behavior includes illegal activity; harassment or hate; threats or violence; spam or scams; posting others' personal data; IP infringement; deceptive or pornographic content; attempts to probe, scan, or disrupt our systems; or using TVC to solicit or facilitate unlawful transactions. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
You retain ownership of content you post.
You grant TVC a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (e.g., formatting or resizing), publish, publicly display, and distribute your content for operating, improving, and promoting TVC. You represent you have all rights necessary and that your content complies with these Terms.
TVC enables clients and vendors to connect. Vendors are independent professionals who operate their own businesses. We are not a party to user‑vendor contracts and do not control or guarantee the existence, quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings or communications. We do not employ vendors or act as their agent, and we do not make warranties about vendors or listings. Vendor memberships on TVC reflect platform eligibility and a commitment to the community, not an endorsement or guarantee of outcome.
Payments (if used) may be handled by third‑party processors under their terms. You are responsible for taxes, compliance with law, and your interactions.
We may offer free and paid tiers. Features and limits may change. Fees are charged in advance and, unless required by law, are non‑refundable. Pricing or plans may change with reasonable notice. Downgrading or canceling may reduce access to features or data.
The TVC name, logos, and site materials are protected by law. Except for the license to your content above, no rights are granted. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of TVC except as permitted by applicable law.
The Vendors Connect (“TVC”) operates as a professional marketplace designed to connect clients and professional vendors for event and creative services. Every listing, package, or job opportunity shared on TVC represents real professionals offering legitimate services within their respective fields.
While TVC provides tools and visibility to help professionals connect, communicate, and complete bookings, we do not directly provide or perform those services. Each vendor is responsible for their own business practices, pricing, and fulfillment of services offered through the platform.
TVC continuously monitors listings to maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. Many vendors maintain paid memberships to enhance visibility and signal commitment to their craft. However, we encourage both clients and vendors to review profiles, portfolios, and terms carefully before booking.
In short: TVC is a professional network and connection platform — not a middleman or legal representative. All users are expected to uphold professionalism, transparency, and integrity in every transaction.
TVC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that TVC will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that content will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to TVC in the twelve months before the event.
Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid to TVC in the prior 12 months.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TVC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of TVC, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using TVC at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will cease, except that sections regarding content, IP, limitations, and indemnities survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of TVC after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
